Simon Parrott is finally beginning his catering dream after a journey of thirty years experience in the Victorian restaurant and catering industry.

Simon's classical training (including eight years at the lakehouse, Daylesford) paired eith his notoriety in Geelong and the Surf Coast are only part of whats exciting about this new catering company.

 

For the first time in his career, and after dedicated research to refine his craft, he will present a brand new modern approach to regional cuisine, not yet seen before by his fans and diners.

 

It is the evolution of Simon Parrott's cuisine.

light canapés

local native ‘angassi' oysters, natural or ‘Kilpatrick' with home made Worcestershire

organic chicken point sandwiches

chlorophyll pancakes with aromatic herbs and shredded duck

chorizo croquettes - romesco

air dried iceberg, whipped chlorophyll butter, salt and vinegar

seated lunch  (shared feast)

(chefs choice for half an hour or so)

Summer salads, home made butter, charcuterie
La Madre french sticks

Local fish, pearl cous cous,

mint and almond, home made labna

otway nut fed pork, cabbage and sultana

LARGER canapés

local flounder, petit pois a la parisienne

organic chicken thigh schnitzel,

celeriac remoulade

local snickers-fed pork, peanut and caramel salads with coriander in a brioche bun

summer salad -

orrichete, apple, peas, dilland

local scallops
